No sensitive data is collected.

5. Cookies

Cookies are kept for 13 months maximum. Session or analytics cookies may be used, as may third-party cookies where external content is embedded.

6. Recipients and security

Your data is never sold. It may be shared contractually with technology providers, travel and football partners where you have consented, and public authorities where legally required. Hosting is provided through Netlify, with appropriate technical and organisational security measures in place.

7. International transfers

Some service providers may be located outside the United Kingdom. In such cases, adequate safeguards are ensured — for example, standard contractual clauses.

8. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability, and withdrawal of consent. For any request, please write to us. We respond within 30 days; verification of your identity may be required.

9. Complaints and changes

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. This policy may be updated at any time, and we encourage you to review it periodically.

Supervisory authority to be confirmed with your legal adviser before publication. The previous version of this policy named the CNIL, the French authority; a UK sole trader would normally fall under the ICO. (ico.org.uk)
