International Football Development.

Structured programmes in England for academies and clubs — built on competitive fixtures, international exposure and benchmarking against English football culture.

Our position

Competitive confrontation, international exposure, and a country discovered properly.

A week in England does two things at once: it tests your players against unfamiliar opposition, and it shows them the culture that shaped the game they play. We plan both deliberately — neither is filler for the other.

What a programme includes

Six things, done properly.

Training sessions

Sessions with local clubs, semi-professional academies and FA-affiliated coaches — your players working in an English football environment, not watching one.

Competitive fixtures

Friendly matches and tournaments against sides selected for a genuine level match. The point is a real test, not a guaranteed result.

Educational workshops

Sports psychology, nutrition, and English through football — delivered around the training, not bolted on to fill an afternoon.

Club and stadium visits

Behind-the-scenes access to grounds and training environments, with debriefs that turn a visit into something your staff can use.

A country discovered

The cities, the food and the football culture that produced the game your players are here to study. Time built into the week deliberately, not squeezed between fixtures.

Everything organised

Coaches, accommodation, pitches, meals and assistance in your own language — handled end to end, so your staff can coach instead of administrate.

The development week

6 days · London or Manchester

The development week

Two fixtures, two grounds, a session led by a club coach, and workshops that give your staff something to take home. Built around the squad you actually have, not a fixed package.

Our football hubs

London and Manchester.

London for the density of its academy network; Manchester for its football heritage and competitive culture. Other cities are added when they serve the sporting objective or bring a football culture worth seeing — never to lengthen a brochure.

Who we work with

Institutions, not individuals.

We work with organisations that already have a development plan and want to test it against something unfamiliar.

Tailor-made journeys across Cape Verde

Alongside our football programmes, we design small-group and island-hopping journeys across the nine inhabited islands of Cape Verde — planned around the character of each island rather than a single beach destination.

Let’s build your academy’s programme.

Tell us the age group, the level and roughly when you would travel. We will come back with a structure, an honest view of the opposition we can arrange, and what the week would actually deliver.
